Terms & Conditions
Version: 20 September 2026 — the terms applicable at the time of an order apply.
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to agreements between Fare Mobility Pre-launch: information will be added before public launch., Pre-launch: information will be added before public launch., Germany (“Fare” or “we”), and users of fare-mobility.de and its related services. Conflicting user terms apply only where we expressly agree in writing.
A consumer is a natural person acting mainly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Service description
Fare operates a digital platform for booking and using electric vehicles by subscription. The exact scope of plans S, M and L is Pre-launch: information will be added before public launch. and is shown in the current plan overview. Use requires successful identity verification and a valid driving licence; there is no entitlement to admission.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
Plan descriptions on the website are an invitation to submit an offer, not a binding offer. A contract is concluded when Fare confirms the order by email or activates access. The contract text is stored after conclusion and these terms can be accessed at fare-mobility.de/agb.
§ 4 Subscription, term and cancellation
Subscriptions run monthly and renew for another month unless cancelled in time. Cancellation is possible at the end of the current billing period via the account area or by email to info@fare-mobility.de. A cancellation received less than 24 hours before the next billing date takes effect on the following billing date. We may terminate for good cause, including failed KYC, loss of a driving licence or serious traffic violations.
§ 5 Payment and due date
Applicable contract conditions are shown transparently before conclusion. Once the service has started, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by direct debit or card through Stripe. In case of late payment, access may be suspended. Contract changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under German law. To exercise it, contact us by an unambiguous statement using Pre-launch: information will be added before public launch.. For digital services, the right may expire when performance begins after the consumer expressly consents and confirms this consequence. The checkout must collect that consent explicitly before launch.
§ 7 User duties and suspension
Users must provide accurate registration data, keep credentials confidential, use vehicles only with the required licence, treat vehicles carefully, report damage promptly, avoid unlawful use and not technically manipulate the service. Breaches may lead to temporary suspension or termination.
§ 8 Liability and warranty
Liability remains unlimited for injury to life, body or health, intent, gross negligence and fraud. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of essential duties is limited to foreseeable typical loss; otherwise it is excluded where legally permitted. Statutory product liability remains unaffected.
§ 9 Data protection
Information on processing personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the contractual relationship.
§ 10 Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms for a valid reason such as legal changes or new service elements. Changes are announced at least 30 days before taking effect. The notice explains the right to object and the consequences of doing so.
§ 11 Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the CISG, subject to mandatory consumer protection at the consumer’s habitual residence. The place of jurisdiction for merchants and comparable entities is Pre-launch: information will be added before public launch.; consumers remain subject to statutory jurisdiction rules.
§ 12 Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing or obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
§ 13 Severability
If a provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective and the statutory rule replaces the invalid provision.
