Fare is designed to be simple from day one. Here's how it works.

Choose your plan
Pick the S, M, or L plan based on how much you drive. Not sure yet? Select 'Choose later' and set your plan any time from your account settings.

Create your account
Sign up with your email and confirm your identity. The whole process takes about two minutes.

Download the app
The Fare app is your key to the fleet. Available on iOS and Android, launching alongside our Berlin rollout.

Find a car near you
Open the app, see all available vehicles on the map, and tap to reserve. Cars are parked throughout Berlin. You can reserve a vehicle for free for up to 15 minutes. Need more time? Extend to 30 minutes for €1, or 1 hour for €2. Reservations longer than 1 hour are not available, to keep things fair for other users.

Unlock and drive
Walk up to your car, unlock it with the app, and drive. No paperwork, no waiting, no keys.

Park and lock
When you're done, return to the Fare zone and park. All trips must end within the operating area. Lock via the app and your trip summary appears instantly.

Plug in, get rewarded
Returning your vehicle with a low battery? Plugging it in at the end of your trip may earn you a reward. Details to come.
