Fare is a monthly car subscription service. You pick a plan (S, M, or L), pay a flat monthly fee, and get access to our entire electric fleet. Your plan includes a monthly km allowance and daily free usage hours.
Your subscription includes your km allowance, daily free time, insurance coverage, charging, maintenance, and 24/7 fleet access. There are no hidden fees. If you exceed your allowance, you're billed at a flat per-km or per-hour rate. No surprises.
Any kilometres or hours beyond your monthly allowance are billed at a flat rate at the end of the month. We'll always show you your current usage in the app so you can keep track.
Yes. Fare runs on a monthly rolling contract. You can cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees.
Our fleet is 100% electric. We currently offer a range of compact and mid-size EVs suited for urban driving in Berlin. See our Vehicles page for details.
Through the Fare app. Once your subscription is active, you can locate, unlock, and start any available car in the fleet from your phone. No keys, no paperwork.
Yes, insurance coverage is included with every subscription. A deductible applies. Full details will be outlined in your subscription agreement.
You can drive freely within Germany. For trips outside Germany, please contact us in advance.
You're billed monthly on the same date you signed up. Invoices are available in your account under Billing. We support major payment methods including credit card and SEPA direct debit.
We're launching in Berlin soon. Sign up to reserve your plan and we'll email you the moment you can get behind the wheel.
Yes. Select 'Choose later' during sign-up if you're not ready to commit to a tier yet. You'll get full access to your Fare account right away and can choose or switch your plan at any time from your profile settings.
